These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website filehemlockpath.click and any repair, audit, or stocking services provided by Filehemlockpath Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide independent review, on-site maintenance, and related advisory services for cryptocurrency mining hardware rated at 0.05 TH/s and above, including field-replaceable fan module work. Service scope is defined in written quotes or service descriptions agreed before site visits.

2. Quotes and scheduling

Estimates on this website are informational. Binding quotes are issued by email or phone confirmation. Appointments depend on technician availability and safe facility access. You are responsible for accurate model information and access arrangements.

3. Client responsibilities

You must provide lawful authorization to work on hardware at the stated location, safe power-down procedures, and accurate asset identification. We may refuse or stop work if conditions pose safety risks to personnel or equipment.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, reports, templates, and branding are owned by Filehemlockpath Mining Review Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce our materials for commercial resale without written permission. Thermal audit reports are licensed for your internal and landlord or contractor communication.

5. Limitation of liability

Mining hardware operation carries inherent risk. We exercise reasonable care during maintenance but do not guarantee uninterrupted hash output, pool performance, or future failure prevention. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim, except where limited by applicable law.

6. Indirect damages

We are not liable for lost mining revenue, pool penalties, data loss, or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.

7. Third-party components

Fan modules and parts may be OEM-equivalent from vetted suppliers. Manufacturer warranties pass through only where applicable and documented at delivery.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Busan, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
