Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2025
This Refund Policy applies to services booked with Filehemlockpath Mining Review Co., Ltd. for on-site mining hardware maintenance, thermal audits, and spare fan cartridge stocking.
1. General principle
We charge for labour, travel, and parts consumed during scheduled work. Refund eligibility depends on whether service was delivered, parts were installed, and cancellation timing.
2. Deposits and confirmation
Some visits require a deposit to reserve parts or priority scheduling. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the confirmed visit window and no special-order parts have been procured.
3. Fan module swap visits
Full refund of unused prepaid labour fees if we cancel or cannot access the site through no fault of yours.
Partial refund may apply if:
- You cancel within 48 hours but after we have shipped non-returnable custom cartridges — refund excludes parts cost and reasonable restocking fee.
- Work begins but cannot finish due to facility power or access restrictions — labour charged for time on site; unused parts refunded.
No refund for modules already installed and spin-verified, except manufacturing defect covered below.
4. Thermal audits
If an audit visit is completed and the written report delivered, the visit fee is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver a report within five business days without agreed extension, you may request a full visit fee refund.
5. Spare cartridge stocking
Monthly stocking fees cover inventory holding and reconciliation. Consumed modules are billed and non-refundable. Unused modules returned to our Busan stock in resalable condition within 30 days may qualify for credit minus handling fee.
6. Defective parts
If a cartridge we supply fails within 14 days under normal operating conditions and was installed by us, we replace the module at no additional parts charge on the next scheduled visit. This does not cover damage from improper installation by third parties, power surges, or environmental flooding.
7. Cancellation by client
- More than 48 hours before visit: deposit refunded in full if applicable.
- Less than 48 hours: deposit may be applied to rescheduling once within 30 days, or forfeited if parts were special-ordered.
- No-show without notice: visit fee and travel fee may be charged if technician arrived and access was denied.
8. Rescheduling
One free reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, subject to parts availability. Holiday periods may require longer notice; we communicate this when booking.
9. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the deposit or prepaid fee. Bank transfer refunds may require additional days depending on your institution.
10. Non-refundable items
- Travel fees when technician was dispatched and turned away without valid safety reason
- Special-order fan SKUs not returnable to supplier
- Completed audit reports
- Modules installed and verified operational at handoff
11. Disputes
Contact us first at info@filehemlockpath.click with your visit date, quote reference, and description. We aim to respond within three business days.
